Vertical Coil Winding Machine for Power Transformers

 

 

The vertical winding machine is special applied to manufacture high voltage and super high voltage helical windings and disc windings for transformers. The equipment has a host variable speed mechanism, high strength rotary support, face plate and lifting platform, pneumatic system, PLC control system, servo motor system and HMI interface.

 

Function Description
1. This winding machine is suitable for Iron Core and adjustable winding core
2. Faceplate can move up and down upon winding coil height, lifting system has buffer coupling, lifting is soft start.
3. Use 10 "color touch screen panel, PLC programmable control; faceplate rotation speed can be controlled by the system. Foot switch is used to control forward and reverse and emergency stop. The connection cables are metal shielded multi-core cable. All electric elements use international famous brand products.
4. Counting device can preset, positive and negative count, and has the function of with Power off memory and Automatic stop.
5. The pit covering plate can electric move according to coil winding diameter to ensure safety and reliable operation.
6. Wires in tensioning device are in the position of 850mm from the ground. The whole device can horizontally rotate ±30 degree.
7. Pit is internally provided with lighting facilities for convenient maintenance.

 

Main Features:

1.       The machine adopts hard fabric gear mechanical transmission system, high efficiency and low noise. Rotary support adopts high frequency quenching, and its service life is greatly improved.

2.       The mechanical transmission part of the machine is arranged on the low part of the rotary support, and the transmission part is arranged on the side of the rotary support. Through frequency converter, reducer and rotary gear, to achieve large torque and stable rotation to ensure the axial tightness and amplitude tightness of coil winding.

3.       Adopt imported ball screw drive and straight guide rail to ensure the wire alignment accuracy.

4.       The machine adopts frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation, stable start and constant torque. Speed control handle installed in the control panel position, easy to operate, set the number of turns, automatic stop.

5.       The motor has braking function, sensitive and reliable, to prevent reversing when winding stops

6.       Adopt servo motor and PLC control system centralized control, by foot switch or button control spindle start and stop

7.       Touch screen operation, the starting point can be set at will, the number of laps can be set, the power off memory, with a high degree of automation, complete functions.
