Horizontal coil winding machines are used for are suitable for winding of coils for distribution and ultra high voltage power transformers ranging from 5 MVA to 750 MVA. The horizontal coil winding machines are suitable for winding different specifications of flat copper or aluminum wires and round wires. It mainly consists of machine base, reducer and gears, tailstock, control box, spindle, etc. We procude Winding Machines ranging from 1 Ton to 35 Ton Capacity with a robust and durable design. 

Main Features:

1. The mechanical transmission part of the winding machine is arranged in the bedside box, and the transmission part is installed on the operating side of the bedside box.

2, the winding machine uses frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, smooth start, constant torque. Set the number of laps and stop automatically.

3. This machine is equipped with automatic brake device to prevent reversing when winding stops.

4, the machine can be preset coil turns, control positive and negative rotation; Electronic reversible meter positive and negative counting, with power off memory function.

5, button station centralized control, by foot switch or button control spindle start and stop.
