Transformer Movable vacuum pumping unit

Description

This unit is applicable for evacuating large transformers or for maintaining large transformers on site.

It can operate normally without cooling water due to perfect vacuum pump. So it is especially suitable for site working without cooling water source or for large transformer unmovable.

All parts are mounted on a movable trolley, compact and convenient for operation, only electric power is need on site.

-Max. pumping speed: 2000m³/h

-Ultimate vacuity (unloaded): ≤3Pa (full pressure)

-Operation vacuity: 5-20Pa (residual pressure)

- Leakage rate: ≤0.016mbar.l/s

- Ambient temperature: 5-40℃

- Vacuum system: SV300 rotary pump from Germany Leybold; WAU2001 roots pump from Germany Leybold.

- Vacuum pipeline is stainless steel

- All control elements are integrated in one control cabinet

- Vacuum gauge is from Germany Leybold

- Equipped with cable more than 30m long

- Equipped with small air compressor for pneumatic source
