Description:

Transformer LV foil winding machine is winding copper or aluminum foil type coils used in transformer and reactor making.

There are usually five sizes of transformer LV foil winding machine for three foil width: 400mm, 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, and 1400mm. And there are double-layer transformer LV foil winding machine and single-layer foil winding machine.

Transformer LV foil winding machine uses copper or aluminum foil as conductor, broad strap type insulation as interlaminar insulation; narrow strip type insulation of terminal insulation. They are winded to be roll type coils. Also, the inside and outside down-leads will be welded and the outer surface will be wrapped.

Usage:

CNC foil winding machine is suitable for coil winding of transformer foil winding production, is produced by (copper or aluminum) conductive materials. it uses magnetic clutch line planes and it is counted by encoder, use variable frequency and stepless for speed adjustment, it is easy and simple for operation.

The machine has continuing tension during winding, the tension is controlled by control panel, and the tension is kept during winding, backing or stop, which make coil compaction. Line plane has automatic tracking function through high-precision straight-line rail.
