Adopt Siemens PLC and touch screen to realize automatic control. Only relevant parameters (wrapped length , pitch, number of wrapped layers, wrapped speed ) need to be input through the touch screen to realize automatic wrapping, and the whole wrapping process does not need manual intervention.During the wrapping stage, the touch screen can animate the wrapping parameters and process. 
 
Structure composition of Lead wrapping machine
The Lead wrapping machine consists of bed, lead support frame, dressing head, power transmission device and electric control system. 
 
Technical parameter for Lead bandaging machine
(1) The diameter of the wrapped cable is 6-100mm
(2) The wrapped length shall be according to the customer’s requirements
(3) Wrapped speed is 0~3m/min
(4) Set the winding pitch at will
(5) Lead rotation speed is 0~150r/min
(6) Tension control: 0~ 100 N.m   can be set automatically
