The raw material for processing is the strip with good thickness, width and peripheral fillet, and the material is insulating paperboard or laminated insulating paperboard. It can be clamped at one time to complete the processing of single dovetail groove and fillet on both sides.

1.It adopts high-speed motor hydraulic structure, which is easy to operate and has high automation. Simply by placing the fixed width, length and number of swallow-tailed spacers under the horizontal arm, the material would be pressed by the lateral traversing cylinder, and the special motor automatically travels for milling and slotting to complete the forming process.

2.Equipped with hydraulic compression device, which stops automatically at the limit position.

3.It is lightweight and energy-saving, the system power does not exceed 7880w.
