Busbar Processing Machine
Busbars are typically made from copper or aluminum and are used as conductors of electricity for various industries, such as transformers and switchgears, power transmission and automotive, etc. Our busbar procsesing machine has cutting, punching, and bending unit, 3 in 1 function, so that workers can completely procss the busbars on one machine. The procssing units are equipped with separate hydraulic system and control panel, they can work simultaneously and independently. Compared with the traditional bus processing equipment, the use of this machine can obviously improve the production efficiency, and also obviously reduce the labor intensity. The working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, so the processing time can be reduced and the production efficiency can be improved.
Main Features:
1. The Punching unit has turret tooling library, it maximally can hold 6 punching dies;
2. The Bend unit adopts overall structure, angular CNC method, operation is simple and high accuracy;
3. Three units can be operated at the same time without disturbing each other.
4. The machine adopts quality hydraulic system which ensure reliable and precision work
