Description of transformer radiator panel machine:
This line adopts technology from Germany GEORG and Canadian MTM.
The line is comprised of automatic decoiler, roll forming machine, two-piece joining device, multi-head spot welding machine, double-side seam welding machine, terminal welding machine, double-side edge trimming machine, terminal cutting machine, related transmitting table and control system.
This line can mainly produce three different wide fin plates 520(535)mm, 480mm, 320 (310) mm. Size changing on the roll forming machine is achieved by hydraulic (other machines and transmitting tables are manually adjusted).
However, when under full automatic, the minimum central distance should be more than 1200mm. When central distance is less than 1200mm, workpiece can be only feeded to each welding machine manually.

Production flow of transformer radiator panel machine:
Loading material → automatic decoiling → roll forming → automatic joining (two pieces) → spot welding → double-side seam welding → terminal seam welding → double-side edge trimming → terminal cutting → unloading finished fin plate.

- Fin plate width: 320mm, 480mm 520mm 535mm
- Central distance: 500-4000mm (when less than 1200mm, can’t use automatic production method)
- Central distance error: +/-1.0mm
- Single piece bearing pressure: positive pressure≥ 0.15MPa; negative pressure≥133Kpa. No deformation.
- Oil channel clearance:
When material thickness 1.0mm: ≥11mm
When material thickness 1.2mm: ≥11.5mm
- Quantity of oil channels:
Fin plate width 320mm: 3

- Suitable raw material: ST12, SPCC, DC01 cold roll steel
- Material thickness: 1.0-1.2mm

Transformer radiator panel machine specifications
- Capacity of the line: if the workpiece length is 2000mm, one hour can weld more than 35 pieces
- Side seam welding speed: not less than 3.5m/min
- Roll forming speed: 6.4m/min
- Spot welding speed: 1.5m/min (one-row welding); If changed to two-row welding, the whole productivity can be raised more than 70%
